As a Five-Element Practitioner, her philosophy speaks to the belief that optimal health and healing are a direct result of one’s alignment with the laws and cycles of nature. She incorporates the foundation of five-element theory as a diagnostic tool in an effort to create a customized life plan designed to enhance the overall wellbeing of each patient. Her awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection has allowed her to practice on a multi-dimensional level of healing through health and wellness cultivation, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine and acupuncture.
